Qigong Class Added!

We've officially added Qigong Meditation with instructor Hyo Jeong Kim / Deb to our schedule. All are welcome to join us, every Sunday at 11am and Wednesday at 7:30am.


Qigong (pronounced chee-gong) is as a mind-body-spirit practice that improves one's mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing technique, self-massage, sound, and focused intent.



This class guides you through simple meditation, deep breathwork, and gentle, rhythmic movements designed to balance the mind-body-spirit connection, support mental health, physically release stress and tension stored in the body, and overall wellness.


Qigong opens the flow of energy in meridians used in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. Physically, slow gentle qigong movements warm tendons, ligaments, and muscles; tonify vital organs and connective tissue; and promote circulation.


Thousands of studies have shown Qigong is also effective in helping heal life challenges ranging from high blood pressure and chronic illness, to emotional frustration, mental stress, and spiritual crisis.


The goal of Qigong is to correct the imbalances that have accumulated throughout a person's lifetime.
